ADD: User defined loco images, display of internal loco images via webinterface

ADD: Software-based deactivation of s88-feedback
ADD: New menu "Operation settings". This menu now contains the current monitor and the s88-deactivation.
     Settings in this menu will be kept until the restart of the device.
